At Fine-Q Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 15-Day return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free process. 1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 15 Days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging (if applicable).
- The product has not been marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
Note: Certain products, including but not limited to personal care items, custom-made items, are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@fineqproducts.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please include any photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. This is required for processing your return.
- Ship the Item: Send the product back to us within 7 Days of receiving the RA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- If you received a free shipping promotion, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to a defect or error.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order on the Site. Once we receive the original product back, we will issue a refund according to our standard return policy.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@fineqproducts.com. We may request photos or other documentation to help us resolve the issue. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

- Health and personal care products (e.g., opened skincare or personal hygiene products).
- Gift cards.
